Think You Can't Do 100 Burpees? Think Again! It's Time for the 30 DayBurpee Challenge!

Are you thinking "100 BURPEES?!  YES!!"  or  "100 BURPEES?!  NO Freaking WAY!!?"
Guess what?! Either way, you're in the right place. You'll be doing 100 burpees at the end of 30 days.
How? (insert superhero theme song here) Because I'm here to help! 





I have people that are excited and I have people that are naysayers.  Which one are you? 

"But I CAN'T even do ONE burpee!!" STOP. Stop right there. 

Yes. YES, you can.

What if I give you modifiers? Modifiers that will enable you to do burpees. The Monkey Boys (my nephews) are coming over tonight to help me make a video to show you how we do it.
