Clean Eating DELICIOUS Grilled Chicken

Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 15-30 minutes (depends on the chicken thickness)
Servings: 8 (based on 4 oz serving size/21 Day Fix Red Container)

INGREDIENTS:

2 lbs chicken breasts
2 limes, zested and juiced
1 TBSP garlic powder
1 TBSP onion powder
1 TBSP ground cumin
1 TBSP chili powder
OR
*FlavorGod Everything Spicy (in place of the spices)

DIRECTIONS:
  • Preheat your BBQ and get it ready!
  • In a small bowl, zest and juice the 2 limes.
  • In another small bowl, mix the garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, and chili powder together. (If you're using *FlavorGod, scroll down to the next set of directions)
  • Place each chicken breast in the lime zest and juice to coat, then in the spice bowl. If you want, you can put in another dish or ziploc baggie, and marinate in the fridge for 20-30 minutes (but not necessary).
  • Time to BBQ! Place each chicken breast on the BBQ and grill until done. Use a meat thermometer to be sure the chicken is thoroughly cooked! Once it's done, let it cool enough to touch, and rough chop or shred the grilled the chicken.

Zest and juice those limes!

Sprinkle! Sprinkle!

I hate doing dishes! So I prep and marinate my meats and veggies in baggies. Plus, it saves room in the fridge.

All my grilling done for the day! The hardest part is not eating it all at once...
Time to prep my meals for the week!
