30 DAY PLANK CHALLENGE
For this month's challenge group, I'm basing it on the 21 Day Fix workouts and meal plans and adding some fun to it. This 30 day plank challenge is a perfect addition to this month's challenge to tone up and boost our core muscles to the max.
The plank challenge from 30dayfitnesschallenges.com is their most popular 30 day fitness challenge. It's been taken by over 100,000 people over the past 12 months, so why not add it to our group?!
Their challenge only has 1 exercise per day, and the time spent doing the exercise slowly increases day by day to help build up core body muscle strength gradually, ensuring we are able to complete the final day of the challenge easily.
We only have to do the amount of time shown on the challenge chart once per day, however if we're feeling brave then we can repeat each days challenge as many times as we like – however remember by day 30 it will be very hard to do multiple times.
