Roasted Asparagus with Rosemary and Garlic

INGREDIENTS:
1 bundle/bunch of asparagus
1 handful of rosemary sprigs
1 handful of rosemary sprigs
1-2 cloves garlic, crushed or finely chopped
2 Tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil (EVOO)
salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Prep asparagus: wash and break off the ends of the asparagus shoots
- Toss asparagus in a medium bowl or ziploc bag with EVOO, rosemary, garlic, salt, and pepper
- Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper (not necessary, but makes for easier cleanup!)
- Spread asparagus and rosemary on lined baking sheet.
- Roast in the oven for approximately 15-20 minutes, turning halfway through.
